Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email contact@climbingkitten.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before we've confirmed the return.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. You won't need to send the damaged item back unless we ask for it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it ships. Email us as soon as possible and we'll refund you in full.

Customers in the European Union

You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The 30-day return window above includes and extends this right.
